Kerry is doing a little better. They pulled 30lbs of fluid off of him in the last 5-6 days. They think he got a little dry. They are giving him some fluids. Thats helping the Bp and higher heart rate. They are still giving him the epinephrine for Bp That could also make his heart rate and breathing rate high. They are weaning him off the CRRT. They are going to do dialysis (at bedside) every 2-3 days. That is not continuous so in between his kidneys will have a chance to wake up and heal. Hoping tomorrow that he gets the surgery for his trach and peg tube. A peg tube goes directly in the stomach to feed him. He is getting a more complex liquid nutrition.
