Kevin Sumlin better get his rear in gear. Three more A&M Players were arrested after a traffic stop. Howard Matthews a defensive back was stopped for speeding, failure to exhibit a drivers license and had a warrant for failure to appear. Edward Pope also had a warrant out for failure to appear. Gavin Stanbury a senior defensive lineman had a warrant on assault charges in Harris County for pouring beer on a Rice student and then punching him. Student had to get 8 stitches. Matthews and Pope were not suspended. Stanbury was but was later reinstated. Thats seven football players arrested within a month. Sumlin needs to start dismissing these players and quit babying them. He had dismissed a quarterback but reinstated him after Matt Joeckel said he was trsnsferring.
