Khách hàng của startjobs tuyển Khách hàng của startjobs tuyển QUOTATION MERCHANDISER Link startjobs.vn/tim-viec-nhanh/quotation-merchandiser-1267-2.html Mô tả công việc: - Reports to: Senior Merchandiser Other stakeholders: • Internal: Supply Chain organization including Production Merchandisers, Capacity Assurance team, Material team, Technician, Business Controller and relevant speaking partners in the Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) • External: Suppliers - Accountability The Quotation Merchandiser is accountable to: • Cooperate with relevant teams to secure product development and manage price negotiation based on the company routine in order to secure the best deal - Product development and quotation • Analyze the developments and quotations, and ensure their clarity • Suggest alternatives and work proactively to obtain the best deal. Work together with the Product Developer (PD), Researcher and Developer (R&D) and Technicians • Send the development and quotation to suitable suppliers based on the capacity strategy plan • Follow the company quotation method to handle all quotations • Work with R&D in material development and securing material quality • Follow up on all relevant samples and ensure that samples are ordered through the Order Follow-up System • If an order is confirmed check that all details are correct and correspond to what has been agreed • If all the details are clear, transfer the order, offer samples and style sample to Production Merchandisers for follow up - Cooperation with other teams • Strengthen cooperation with the R&D team, Production Merchandisers and Technicians in order to secure the best product for bulk production • Conduct Pre-risk assessment together with the Quality Assurance team in the pre-order stage • Problem solve & share - Cooperation between the Buying Office and Supply Chain • Create a good dialogue with buyers in the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organization • Send clear and accurate information to the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organization at the early stage - Cooperation with H&M suppliers • Understand supplier capability in terms of price, quality, capacity and lead time • Send clear and accurate information to the Buying Office/Global Purchasing Organization at the early stage YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC - Education and Experience requirements • Graduate calibre, preferably with a garment orientated degree or diploma • Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a relevant role • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred; prefer experience Home goods (hard goods) - Knowledge and Skill requirements • Relevant product knowledge • Excellent written and spoken English • Advanced knowledge of Excel • Good negotiation and communication skills Điện thoại: 0938.582.789 email:[email protected] StartJobs.vn https://facebook/startjobs
