Kia Ora people...Were happy to release our newest song LET THEM PLAY Just thought Id give a little background to this song... We were on tour in the far north of NZ in early 2014 and we visited the mighty Kauri trees, Tane Mahuta, and the 3 Sisters, in the Waipoua Forest. Drawn in by the majesty of this beautiful forest, we were inspired to sing...but what song? Id had this song floating around in my head for a few months so decided to teach it to the rest of the crew on the spot. Dont know why but it just seemed fitting. So, the first time we sung this together and the first time some of the band heard it was there and then..acoustic. (Lucky someone brought a Uke with us from Kaikohe) It was a pretty special moment! Later in the year we wanted to produce a full studio version. Hope you enjoy our latest song whanau, HEAPS more to come in 2015!!!
