Kia ora tātou. Weve officially reached 1,500 members in just over 24hrs of activity. To me, this shows that there is still a great demand for our beautiful language in Aotearoa, and abroad. Something we must learn to hold and nurture. But this is just the beginning of such an awesome kaupapa of learning Te Reo Māori, meeting likeminded people, and sharing mātauranga. I know for a fact that there are still a lot of people in this world who are deprived of Te Reo Māori and are waiting to hear about something like this, so keep spreading the word and the love about the indigenous tongue of Aotearoa. It is said that a language will only survive if it has a critical mass speaking it, therefore people, take our kaupapa to the four winds, whiua ki te ao, whiua ki te rangi, whiua ki ngā iwi katoa, kaua rawa rā e tukua kia memeha eeee..., never let it dissipate, and never let it die.
