Kidnapped Woman Recovered in Jammu & Kashmir, 3 Arrested =>Police today arrested three people and recovered a kidnapped woman on their disclosure in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. “Police party recovered a kidnapped lady from Thubba area of Doda,” official spokesman said, adding that she was kidnapped from village Gallu, Thathri of Doda on April 23. “On Apr 23, one Davinder Singh, resident of Gallu lodged a matter with the police that his wife was kidnapped by three people following which a case was registered and investigations started,” police said. Acting on a tip-off, raids were conducted and all the three accused — Romi, resident of Mathola, Bhaderwah, Shakti Kumar and Rakesh Kumar, both residents of Nasika, Chinta, Bhaderwah –, apprehended from Bhalra and the kidnapped woman was also recovered on their disclosure from Thubba.
