Kind of sad for this PRC lady at Food Republic. I personally feel that that man who video and challenged her is a disgrace to we Singaporean. Yes, foreign workers who are working here must well verse in all languages cos we are a multi racial country. But what got to do with that guy who went all the way down to challenge her and upload this Video to show the world. Voice your unhappiness to the management of food republic. Let them take over from there. I believe they will send her for courses. As for us who always feel threaten with foreign workers. Have we ever ask ourselves on our family root, where does our forefathers origin from? Do you want to see your parents or grandparents taking over their jobs? Or do you want to see our children who is holding a degree certificate doing their jobs with a pathetic salary? Or do you want to volunteer yourself to take over their jobs? And you will definitely ask for pay increment to what you are getting now. Next to solve your salary issue will be to increase the GST, income taxes etc. Without them Foreign workers. You will have a roof to stay? You will have a clean city to live? You will have the road repair/maintenance every night? You will have all your rubbish cleared daily? Touch our hearts and think. Have you ever approach any of these foreign workers, thanks them of being doing the jobs where we dont.
