Kinda funny that with all the Southwest Airlines brouhaha in the news, I just printed out six boarding passes for me, my wife and kids and niece and nephew for our vacation starting tomorrow. Even if we have problems, the difference is that the guy in question Tweeted the gate agents name, position, etc. Thats coming awfully close to disclosing too much information. I dont think she/SWA reacted well, but the guy was wrong to get too personal with his complaint. Of course, because of his situation, I double-checked our boarding passes/order so we wouldnt run into the same problem, but still. He went too far, IMO.
