Kinda why I always say to people as nicely as I can that watch where you are giving your $. Hold those responsible who are being given your hard earned dollars many many volunteer groups and rescues across our Valley have been dealing with the unaltered animals as a result of this for years. Most of us in silence bc of our concern of it blowing back on our volunteer efforts which would in turn hurt our animals. We are all volunteers all.fosters all work full time with no shelter and our little rescue has more dogs and cats than them despite their 4 million dollar facility, paid employees, and prominent board. I think the awl needs to look at this as an opportunity for change and read the heartfelt plea rather than take it in any other way. Its time for change responsibility and more than anything accountability
