Kindergarten students discussed snails and their attributes. We talked all about the lines that make up a snail. We discussed the trail that snails leave behind them when the slither past. Students used a sharpie marker and did a follow-along drawing with the teacher by drawing spiral lines and turning them into slimy snails. With assistance the students added a line of glue for their snails trail. Students colored their projects with crayons.
