Right this is a bit of a rant. Apologies in advance. Does it not annoy people that gluten free food is so expensive? I fully understand that it costs a lot to produce gluten free products but at the end of the day for many of us it isnt a choice. I as an apprentice cannot afford to buy gluten free produce priced at £6 for a packet of pasta and £4 ish for a loaf of bread and have had to therefore stop the gluten free diet due to finances luckily I have had no side effects and it has not made me ill at all although I do know that it could in later life. How do people honestly cope with the price of gluten free food on minimum wage? Sorry for the rant haha!!also has anyone else been able to eat the gluten filled foods without any side effects? Thanks in advance.
