Herbal tea (Evening) • 1 camomile tea bag • Mint leaves • Ayapana • Coriander leaves Bring all to a boil in 1L of water for 15 minutes Fruit: Mixed fruit salad Recipe: • Roasted vegetables (The benefit of roasted vegetables is that this specific method of cooking destroys all accumulated pesticide in the vegetables which would normally be absorbed by the body. But the high heat has a countering effect on the vegetables’ pesticide. In addition, the combination of roast vegetables with herbs and olive oil has a positive effect for those suffering from cardio vascular diseases) Thinly chop mint leaves, parsley, thyme, celery and coriander (a big bunch for each herb) In a bowl, pour 1 cup of olive oil and all the chopped herbs. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees (or if you rather roast the vegetables in a grill machine) Put the vegetables in a baking dish. Add some more olive oil if needs be. Allow to cook till the vegetables are soft when pierced with a knife. Remove from heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
