Kitchen and Café Student (Voluntary Placement) H.O.P.E. has an opportunity for a Kitchen and Café Student (voluntary) placement. You would have the chance to train in our dedicated training kitchen towards an OCN qualification as preparation for catering, hospitality and customer services employment. You will be given hands on training, consisting of practical based learning in a real working kitchen and café environment. Your placement is for 16 weeks one day per week and study will be planned. We will train and support you through a qualification in catering and hospitality for free. Your work placement will be 10.00am – 2.00pm one day a week for 16 consecutive weeks.
