*** Klang Jobs & Vacancy *** Admin Clerk (Klang) Responsibilities: 1.Verifying and performing data entry of suppliers’ invoice, claims, petty cash and reimbursement, etc . 2.Preparing payment vouchers 3.Provide day to day administration support to the Management Office 4.Assist in daily operation and answering incoming calls 5.Maintain proper filing system and ensure tracebility of documents 6.Responsible for all clerical duties. 7.Other ad-hoc duties assign from time to time. Requirements: 1.Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent. 2.At least 1 year relevant working experience. 3.Computer literate with some proficiency in Microsoft Office & Lotus. 4.Self-motivated, result-oriented and fast learner. 5.Good interpersonal skill with positive work attitude. 6.Preferably with an ability to work independently under minimum supervision. 7.Candidate must be willing to work in Klang.
