Know Your Neighbour is a smart and laudable initiative by Rochas administration. It will not only enhance safety of all, it will keep non-indigenes safe from miscreants who hide under general tribal covers to cause mayhem, it also will forestall undue harassment resulting from mistaken identity. Policing and investigations will be made easier. Non-indigenes can easily be accounted for should the need arise. It will further reinforce trust required for peaceful cohabitation. It is sad that our country has degenerated to the worst kind of tribal discrimination and mistrust leading to constant misinterpretation to even the fairest of initiatives. Know Your Neighbour is not Bomb Your Neighbour! Identity management is key to security at all levels from National to Communities. Some members of the legislature should learn to trade tribal garbs for reason!
