Know your enemy, No your enemy Satan may be the god of this world, but hes not the god of my world. The various names given to satan in the scriptures indicate his nature and work: 1. Accuser (Rev.12:10)-prosecutes the brethren. 2. Adversary (1Pet.5:8)-the meeting of satan. 3. Angel of light (2Cor.11:14)- deceives by wrapping himself with the Word of God. 4. Beelzebub (Mt.10:25)-the unclean lord of the flies, lord of the dunghill. 5. Belial 2Cor.6:15)-worthless and vile. 6. Deceiver of the whole world (Rev.12:9)- through the medium of the spirit of fear. 7. Destroyer (Ps.17:4)- apollyon. 8. Devil (Mt.13:39)-slanderer. 9. Dragon (Is.51:9)- grew up from the serpent. 10. Enemy (Mt.13:39)- ours, not Gods. 11. Father of lies (Jn.8:44)- he cannot tell the truth. 12. Fowler (Ps.91:3)- snares those who live in the heavenlies. 13. God of this world (2Cor.4:4)- invented all religions. 14. Leviathan (Is.27:1)- the serpent in the sea. 15. Murderer (Jn.8:44)- full of hate. 16. Prince of the power of the air (Eph.2:2)- ruler of demons. 17. Prince of this world (Jn.12:31)- see the principles of first John 2:15-17. 18. Roaring lion (1Pet.5:8)- intimidates. 19. Serpent (Job 26:13)- whispers perverted wisdom. 20. Sower of discord (Prov.6:14)- subtracts and divides. 21. Tempter (Mt.4:3)-through the power of suggestion. 22. Wicked one (Eph.6:16)- cruel and pernicious. 23. Wolf (Jn.10:12)- rapacious, preying upon the sheep. The devil is not Gods adversary, he is ours. He has NEVER had jurisdiction over planet Earth. And he is no longer the THEIF of John 10:10! He no more goes to the Father as he did in the days of old, to accuse the brethren. The devil has been cast down to the earth. He now sets in the TEMPLE (spiritual) of God. And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? For ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people (2Cor.6:16) Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy which temple ye are. (1Cor.3:16 &17) Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day(of the Lord) shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the TEMPLE of God, shewing himself that he is God. (2Thess.2:3&4) We are taught in our NA churches, this falling away is a bad thing. Well, im wouldnt be to quick to fall for that. Its true, it may be a bad thing, for him that sets in the temple as God. His days are numbered and he knows his time is short. Read 1Thess.4:13-17 now. And then Paul caps it off with verse 18 which reads Wherefore comfort one another with these words. This place belongs to God. The earth is the Lords and the fullness thereof. The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until SHILOH come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be (Gen.49:10) I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, UNTIL he come whose right it is; and I will give it him (Ezek.21:27) Jesus Christ along is whos right it is! Through the SEED of Abraham Christ inherits THE LAND. Through the SEED of David Christ inherits THE THRONE. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together (Rom.8:14-17) The meek shalk inherit the earth.... The LAND is the EARTH, and the THRONE is the RIGHT TO RULE IT. Its this simple: its all about a man that had it and lost it and the PLAN was to get it back IN HIM.
