Kondwani Zuma Kaunda, 17, is the fourth student to be put through her secondary education by Coleg Sir Gâr visual arts students at the Graig. The group have played an integral part in providing secondary school education for four children in south east Africa through the charity HOPEmalawi. In Malawi, primary education is available but secondary education is not and many residents cannot afford the fees. Sarah Lees, course leader for level one visual arts, said: “The lovely thing is that HopeMalawi is all about helping people help themselves.
