Kris Herbison and Tomo Shibata both of International Taekwon-Do Riccarton , Aidan Wells of NELSON ITF TAEKWON DO and Jamie Searle of Otago University ITF Taekwon-Do Club competed in the Senior Male Black Belt Power Test. Kris Herbison, Tomo Shibata & Aiden Wells made the 2 board punch; Aiden Wells made the 4 board side kick, with the reminder missing. Aiden Wells made the 3 board turning kick, and Jamie Searle got one break and one crack on the turning kick, with the others missing. Kris Herbison got a crack on the reverse turning kick, with the remainder missing. Everyone made the knife hand strike. Final results: Gold: Aiden Wells – 33 points Silver: Kris Herbison – 13 points Bronze: Tomo Shibata – 12 points Bronze: Jamie Searle – 12 points 2 more medals for Riccarton! Well done Kris & Tomo!!
