I contacted a local gifted facility and they want about $2000 for a thorough evaluation (IQ test, achievement test, interpretation, etc) This seems really high to me. My questions are: Is this reasonable (since it would be out of pocket)? And is it worth it to do all of this versus just getting an IQ test done?
