As a concerned citizen on this Beautiful Island of Camiguin I call home, I sincerely hope that the Governor, as our respectable leader will stop the proposed construction of Diesel Juphil Apale DOHA, QATAR There are other ways to improve the power requirement in the island and diesel power is not an option. Camiguins natural wonders will deteriorate if it materialize. It doesnt match that we promote Camiguin as an eco-tourism destination yet we pollute the air with a diesel power plant? I cant see the logic of endorsing it by the authorities unless somebody earns some wholesome amount.
