Kubota 60 cut, 28 hp diesel engine, 540 hours. Put brand new tires on last year, a brand new battery last year and the drive belt was replaced 2 years ago. Has a built in jack for changing blades and a hydraulic deck. It has a seatbelt and a rollover bar. This mower has never been used for a business or commercial use. I keep it inside my garage. The local Kubota dealer does all needed maintenance on it, just havent took it in this year but was in last april for normal maintenance (fluids, greasing, etc)I purchased it in 2006 and am the only owner. I mowed a couple yards with it but mainly mine and my mothers. Normal wear and tear, but over all a fantastic mower. Paid over 12000.00 asking 6500.00 ...Located in Etowah
