Kyu T Lee I disagree with Bill Haydens comment. If it was part of the website software of the application process online the it should have a disclaimer at the bottom of the website like this: DISCLAIMER NOTICE: FOR ONLINE APPLICANTS..... To apply online would give you no reasonable expectation of privacy due to the nature of the internet not being 100% secure. If you wish to avoid this please print the application and mail it in to the following address: NOT HAVING IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ONLINE CONTRACT WHERE IT IS NOT ON THE PHYSICAL CONTRACT!!!! This is someone trying to pull a fast one. When in comes to contracts and applications they have to be exactly the same online as the document if it was given in the form of a written paper contract or application. Anything added any where in or to it does not make it so that it is information for the online applicant. That is why DISCLAIMERS are on websites!!!! They state what they disclaim and why and are not vague.
