LADDUS FOR KRISHNA DVARAKA LADDU 1 3/4 cups (350gms) butter 4 cups (400g) chick pea flour (besan flour} 4 tbsp grated coconut 3 tbsp any fried or baked chopped nuts (walnut, hazelnut, cashew, or pistachio) 1/2 tsp cardamon powder 2 cups (250gms) powdered sugar In a thick bottom pan, melt the butter over low heat. Mix in the chick pea flour with a wooden spoon always stirring. fry until it gives off a nutty aroma, about 15 minutes. stir in the coconut, nuts and cardamon powder. stir for another 2 minutes and then take the pan off the heat. Add the powdered sugar. stir with a fork to break the lumps and mix well. set aside to cool for a while. when the mixture is still slightly warm moisten ur hands with some water balls to ur likings.
