**** LANDSDOWNE PUBLIC MEETING **** Folks - for anyone who lives, loves or works around Landsdowne - theres a public meeting this Wednesday (29th Jan) at Portrush Town Hall (5:30pm). Roughly speaking, this covers the area on the eastern side of Ramore Head, down through the Portandoo harbour and shelter, past the Coastal Zone centre to the old salmon fisheries. Coleraine Borough Council is developing a Master Plan for the area, to steer recreation, development, use etc. and will be consulting with anyone and everyone interested before having consultants work up a draft plan. So, if youre interested, please engage with this and make sure your vision for the area is recognised! Hoping for a decent turnout, so that this plan reflects the interests, ambitions and passions of all who enjoy this fantastic coastal area!
