LAST NEWS : the 4 volunteer American doctors who had an official letter of authorization from Burkina Faso to make restorative surgeries (They made about 20 in the last 2 days in a a friend hospital as the Clitoraid hospital has seen its authorization to open cancelled ) have just had their authorization cancelled ! Dr. Marci Bowers and Dr. Harold Henning Jr were performing the surgeries in the clinic of Dr. Da Sié Benoit, a Burkina Faso surgeon. But during the 3 days surgeries the local surgeon was trained enough to be able now to perform himself the surgery.So the 80 women waiting for the clitoris restoration will have their surgery !
