LAST YEAR, we planted 1000 teeny tiny banana trees at Living Falls Biogas in Livingstone. Only a year later, the trees have skyrocketed to two meters in height, and Livingstone locals are able to harvest and sell them, bringing a new source of income into the community. Banana bonanza!
