LEADING LIKE JESUS Jesus was (and is) the best of everything. Nearly every facet of living in the 21st century can be influenced by his example—including leadership. 1. He accepted people as they were and helped them to become better. 2. He understood that God-given abilities are stored in jars of clay. 3. He didnt give up on people, even when they failed. . 4. He gave team assignments that matched team personality and interests. 5. He gave his team members space to be themselves.
