LEG PRESS 900Ibs --------------------------------------- Lift heavy or go home. Did a total of 20 sets of about 6-8 reps this morning finishing with a drop set to completely destroy my quads. I had a hard time walking after my workout as Ive now been in bed for the past 3 hours lol train your legs guys I personally train them twice a week. Nobody wants chicken legs and theres nothing uglier then a guy with a big ass upper body and no legs. Did you know that by training your legs more often your testosterone levels will increase !? Interesting unhh ...
