LEGACY TRAINING: 18 months old & getting stronger, here are some great pictures to show how we do it! (WARNING cheesey speech!) Just over 3 years ago I started planning the biggest gamble of personal training career, leaving a very comfortable PT position at a corporation gym to set up Legacy Training. Im not going to pretend its been an easy or smooth ride but in my opinion big achievements in life are never easy. When I started the planning I remember spending a day with somebody big in my industry who had achieved so much. Basically he tore my business plans apart saying that it would fail. At the time I hated him for this, but now realise this was my biggest motivation for refusing to fail. Being told I cant do something will be the very reason why I will do it! Now Legacy Training is by no means the finished article but its going from strength to strength. One of the main reasons for this is due to the fantastic trainers here Adam Palmer, Lisa Martin Trainer Matt Hall & our athletic celebrity Harry Aikines-Aryeetey. These guys represent what I consider to be quality in the personal training industry, every client who pays for training at Legacy should consider it a great investment as we will give you so much more back in terms of RESULTS! Finally I would like to thank every single client that chooses to train here, day to day there is such a great atmosphere in the gym and without being corny it feels like a big family. As you can see from the pictures below we are getting fantastic results here but we would not be getting these without the amazing dedication from our clients. My advice for 2015 would be simple: Let everybody else talk about the next juice diet or fat loss training plan, ignore them! At Legacy Training we dont talk about it we just do it.
