LEGAL CONFRONTATION OF LANDLADY AND THE GOVERNMENT I have today - TopicsExpress

LEGAL CONFRONTATION OF LANDLADY AND THE GOVERNMENT I have today asked my current landlady to withdraw her no-right-of-redress and ilegally issued 8 week eviction notice, warning that if she does not do so by Tuesday, I may be obliged to take civil action against her. This action would most likely be in restitution for unjust enrichment, as well as other matters. This is one way I can see of getting round the unfair right to evict for no reason, where the tenant is not treated as a legal entity in court, and with no respect in their home. Meanwhile, I will later be seeking barrister assistance for my next judicial review application, asking for a change in this onerous eviction law. If the High Court do not comply with my requests, I will be suing the government.
