LEGAL & POPULAR SOVEREIGNTY. The general populace of d people retains d popular sovereignty which is passed on to d elected representatives at all level of governance & also employed to recall representatives who fails o defend d dividends of d electorates bt unfortunately d process of recalling our representatives in Nigeria seems very ambiguous & cumbersome which has largely made our reps act wt high level of impunity after electns. The legal sovereignty which resides with d Reps has been empowered above d popular sovereignty which is supposed to reside in d people. Regardless of my unbiased & underogatory updates on d inability of d present administratn to meet d demands of d people, My take on d proposed National Confab still remains unchanged as i believe that d journey of d National Confab is a futile one as i strongly believe that it is nt a solutn to d challenges ranging from abject Poverty, Insecurity to gross abuse of power we ve as a nation.
