LEGAL SOLUTIONS ARE NOW RECRUITING... You will be dealing with many different types of personal injury claims on a daily basis. Personal Injury claims can be complicated and time consuming and we are now looking for claims advisors to join our growing contact centre in Southport. The aim and purpose of the role will be to work within the personal injury industry assisting clients in claiming compensation for different types of accidents which was no fault of their own. Key responsibility of the role will include: • Liaising with customers over the telephone to highlight potential claims. • Making outbound and receiving inbound calls. • Answering queries and building a rapport with customers. • Updating in-house personal injury management systems. • Arranging and diarising call backs. • Great attention to detail as you will be required to fill in claim assessment forms on behalf of our clients.
