LEGGGG DAYYY Ive always wanted to have monstrous legs and theyve always been my favourite body part to train, mostly thanks to Tensegrity Sports and Chiropractic Clinics for their part in giving me pain free knee movement. With 10 months until my next show Im going to be hitting legs 4 times a week to get some serious mass. With that being said, what do you guys want to hear about in regards to my training? Todays session focused on posterior chain consisted of: A1: Deadlifts 180kgs x 8 (or fail) reps x 6 sets B1: Deadlifts 160kgs x 10 reps x 3 sets C1: Snatch grip stuff leg deadlifts to failure x 4 sets C2: Back extensions to failure x 5 sets C3: DB Romanian deadlifts to failure x 5 sets D1: Donkey calf raises 30+ reps x 5 sets D2: Standing calf raise 30+ reps x 5 sets Shirt and shorts by Ståhle, straps and belt by Beast Genetics Stay swole
