LEGLESS ~ Im calling this exercise LEGLESS Its basically just a smith machine lunge but, single legged and you never put or touch the back leg down the entire movement. No tapping down, no pushing off with that back leg either. Dig deep, get as low as YOU can, start slowly. Assess the weight accordingly- not using your back leg at all makes this exercise much tougher and therefore, less weight is needed till you build UP to a new level of strength in the leg/glute.
