LET ME STATE MY POSITION CLEARLY.... I loathe losing my friends, and I have a very high degree of tolerance for faults, because I hope they will be patient with mine as well. I do everything within my means and capability to keep my friends and to see them prosper. But when it becomes clear to me those whom I had considered friends have priorities that do not include me nor my advocacies and the projects that I have been made to believe they have been interested in too, then it is time to accept that the fundamental differences just dont make a genuine, lasting relationship possible. When you treat me and the things I do like some pet at which you throw the crumbs of your time and attention -- when you join me and what I do only when you have nothing else more interesting to do -- we really arent friends, because friendship can never rise from duplicity of this sort. So, if you wonder whether or not we are friends, you know where I stand. I am just tired to having to be on the receiving end of those who are always ready to give up company with me when something more interesting pops up....the passing fancy, the thrill of the moment. I would be deceiving myself and imposing my friendship on one who did not care for it! THUS SPAKE ZARATHUSTRA!
