LET US INTRODUCE OUR SECOND HEADLINER Our next headliner holds a special place in the heart of Swedish burlesque. This very special woman took burlesque to Sweden almost ten years ago and has really made her mark as a burlesque lover and entrepreneur. She founded The Amazing Knicker Kittens, amongst many things they were awarded Best troupe in the Burlesque Hall of Fame in Las Vegas a few years ago. She also started Burleskakadmien in 2006 – teaching and spreading the joy of burlesque, and last but not least, she and the Amazing Knicker Kittens are the founders of The International Stockholm Burlesque Festival. We are of course talking about the amazing woman and burlesque performer Duchess Dubois, a true inspiration for all of us! She will join us for two spectacular nights at the Nordic Light Burlesque Festival, may 15-16, 2015. Applications are open for all burlesque performers in the Nordic countries and the application period ends november 30th.
