LETS MAKE IT SIMPLE: For your body to reduce its levels of body fat, you must put yourself in a calorie deficit. This can be done with the combination of Eating Less + Exercising More. The more active you can be the better! Walk to work, walk your kids to school, try out a new exercise class and make a few new friends, walk to and from the supermarket to do a smaller food shop every few days + carry home your shopping, get a couple of pals together at a weekend and go for a bikeride (youll have to resist a pint mid-way im afraid however), whatever it is that you fancy, go for it! The more the merrier. When it comes to food, eating three meals a day and two healthy snacks is perfect for keeping your metabolism going and burning fat (ensuring you are eating the correct types of food to do so). Creating a calorie deficit can be done easily, you just need to be aware of the amount of calories in certain foods! ....Today is Sunday. You may of had sausages and scrambled eggs this morning? By choosing to make your eggs with only 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites and having a specific brand of low fat/low carb/high protein sausages AS OPPOSED TO making your scrambled eggs with 5 whole eggs and having general supermarket sausages, you could actually be saving yourself over 500 calories. 1 whole medium egg = approx. 90kcals 4 egg white = approx. 65 kcals 2 healthy brand sausages (given in Eagle Fitness plans) = 130 kcals TOTAL = 285kcal 5 whole medium eggs = approx. 450kcals 2 normal supermarket brand sausages = approx. 250kcals TOTAL = 700kcal I dont understand how Im not losing weight, I dont even eat that much! ....Most of the time, you are unaware of how many calories are actually in your food. The example above, has a difference of over 400 calories and that is just in your first meal of the day. Think about it :-) TEAM EAGLE FITNESS MEMBERS: REMEMBER, THIS IS THE PURPOSE OF OUR PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP, FEEL FREE AT ANY TIME TO ASK ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS. Good work everybody, hope you have all had a lovely weekend.
