LETTER FROM THE NORTH: STATE SECRECY, THE CONGO WAR CRONICLE PART - TopicsExpress

LETTER FROM THE NORTH: STATE SECRECY, THE CONGO WAR CRONICLE PART 2. 4 septembre 2013 On the 1st of September, Ikaze Iwacu contacted a senior RDF officer through SKYPE for military and political perspective concerning the Congo front. He started by telling Ikaze Iwacu that “dictator Paul Kagame is in a tight corner, most of the time is at his residential side of Village Urugwiro watching international news and reading internet blogs. He hardly comes to the office, the man is becoming suicidal and he is totally depressed.” Bellow it’s a collection of our discussion and analysis. On 25th august, while Lt. Colonel Joseph Karegire crosses to Congo with more than 2000 troops, American senators arrived in Rwanda on this same day. Criminal Paul Kagame had personally asked his American lobbyist Jenday Frazer to try and lobby on his behalf a group of cross party senators to visit Rwanda. Dictator Kagame had realised that on the public relation front Congo was winning the argument, and president Kabila had started spending heavily on lobbying groups to defend Congo’s case on the international community. On the 26th of august, the president’s office sends a message to the ministry of Defence to post a general recruitment advertisement. At 8:oo Am, Colonel Joseph Rutabana the permanent secretary at the ministry of Defence receives a message from dictator Kagame’s office instructing him to advertise for army recruitment in national gazettes. When Colonel Rutabana received this message he first thought it was a joke as the ministry of Defence usually recruits clandestinely with the help of DMI. After receiving this massage from the President’s office Colonel Rutabana moved first to inform his boss General James Kabarebe; Kabarebe was shocked with the development as he was neither consulted nor informed about this recruitment drive. General Kabarebe decided to call the president’s office to inquire about this development but the General was extremely surprised by dictator Kagame’s answer. The insane Kagame told James Kabarebe that “the country is at war and your ministry should recruit as much man power as possible, RDF needs a big surge in Congo”. When James Kabarebe told dictator Kagame that his ministry has no funds to pay for the salaries of these new recruits, he reminded dictator Kagame that the ministry of Defence is spending around $200,000 a day due to the ongoing Congo war and it’s soon becoming bankrupt. Dictator Kagame answered his defence minister in a sarcastic way that “It’s none of your business on how these new recruits will be paid, and you should never question again my intelligence.” That day the ministry of defence scrambled to put out an advert for new recruits due to Dictator Kagame’s pressure. On the 26th of august, monstor Kagame met these American senators for discussion and bellows are lies that Kagame sold to these senators in the presence of his thieving wife Jeannette Kagame. .That Rwanda’s growth domestic product (GDP) is growing at 11% yearly. (total nonsense from our criminal dictator) .That Rwanda’s economic growth can only be compared to Singapore in his early 1990s. (A joker) .That Rwanda is an open democracy that has all different kinds of political parties, and the country respects human rights. (What a pathetic man) .That Rwanda under his stewardship is the best place for investors, but our criminal ruler forgetting to tell these senators that he stole investor’s money in Rwanda Development Bank, Libyan investors who had bought Rwanda Tel, Tribert Rujugiro’s case and how he is embezzling the Rwandan state. .That all this progress is being threatened by FDLR, which is getting support from Congo and UN intervention force. (Whom does he fool?) The Rwandan government catered for everything from air tickets, hotels, transport etc. for these American senators and their aids; this senior RDF officer told Ikaze Iwacu that “the Rwandan state may have spent roughly more than 2 million considering that the lobbyist group that arranged this trip had to be paid.” To the dictator’s surprise the senators decided to visit north Kivu with the help of the American embassy in Rwanda for a fact finding mission, while in Northern Kivu they met MONUSCO leaders, Non government Organisations working in northern Kivu and they also met the local Congolese leaders. This trip to northern Congo opened their eyes and saw how criminal Kagame has destroyed human existence in Eastern Congo. Kagame had invited these senators for his own political spin, but they ended up knowing the truth about this criminal man. The senators’ visit ended up to be a fiasco on the part of Kagame and his criminal regime. On 27th of August, Louise Mushikiwabo, receives a letter from Canadian embassy in Kenya explaining the delay in issuing a visa for criminal Kagame. On the 24th of August, Louise Mushikiwabo received a phone call from the Canadian embassy in Nairobi instructing her that the Canadian government can’t issue a diplomatic visa at the specified time required by Rwandan government. Louise Mushikiwabo was advised to cancel the presidential trip as the visa application is under review. On 27th of august, the Canadian embassy faxed a letter to Louise Mushikiwabo on the reasons of delays in awarding a visa for Rwanda’s criminal ruler. The letter to Mushikiwabo underlined the following issues: .The Canadian government needs time to investigate Complaints raised from Canadians of Rwandese origins living in Canada. .The Canadian government needed time to study at complaints raised by Canadian Non Government Organisation on Kagame’s human right issues. .The Canadian government wanted to analyse the security issues that arise with his visits, as some Rwandans in Canada have lodged complaints about being intimidated by Kagame’s agents in Canada. The letter to Mushikiwabo advised her that the final decision to grant Kagame a Visa will have been decided by 18th of September. By the time Canada had informed Rwanda’s authority about Kagame’s visa, our dictator had already sent his advanced team of presidential guard unit led by Lt. Colonel Charles Matungo to Canada. It’s important to inform Ikaze Iwacu readers that all government delegates that applied for visas to visit Canada received them, apart from criminal Paul Kagame and his toy boy General Emmanuel Karenzi Karake. 27th of August General Patrick Nyamvumba told by criminal Kagame to camp in Gisenyi until Goma is captured. A depressed Kagame fresh from being denied a visa to Canada until further notice called General Nyavumba to his office at village Urugwiro, a stressed looking Kagame asked about the Goma plan and how it’s being planned, General Nyavumba told criminal Kagame that he needs more time for re-deploying and the newly deployed troops in Kanyarucinya and Mutaho under Lt. Colonel Joseph Karegire needs more time to settle. But the dictator told General Nyamvumba that he wants him to order his troops for the Goma offensive, and Nyamvumba was told that “go and camp in Rubavu as I don’t want to see you in Kigali until Goma is in our hands”. On this day the RDF deployed lots of DMI and military police personnel around Rubavu (Gisenyi), public transport from Kigali to Rubavu were only allowed to work from 6 AM to 6 PM in the evening. On the evening of 27th august the convoy of Nyamvumba and Jack Nziza headed to Rubavu. On that same night the war for the capture of Goma started again. 28th of August Congolese and MONUSCO artillery destroys the RDF positisions. On this day as the RDF started their offensive they were met by rain of fire from MONUSCO artillery units. Lt. Colonel Deo Rusanganwa who was leading the Kanyarucinya section sent a message to General Nyamvumba that it’s impossible to defeat the FARDC defences in Kanyarucinya as they are being shelled heavily by MONUSCO and his troops have received heavy casualities. After receiving this message, General Nyamvumba informed dictator Kagame about the problem at the front line, dictator Kagame with an annoying tone he instructed Nyamvumba to tell the RDF troops in the Congo to shell Gisenyi town centre. We have to get a pretext to attack Congo openly. 29th of August Paul Kagame travel to Kampala by Road to meet Museveni. AT 5:00 in the morning Dictator Kagame travelled by road to Kampala on his way to the opening ceremony of new Mombasa harbour; from Kampala to Mombasa dictator Kagame travelled on the same plane with president Museveni. Dictator Kagame asked for Museveni’s help with Uganda Special Forces troops and material, he told Museveni that his troops are being depilated by MONUSCO. But Musevesi totally refused informing our dictator that the Ugandan parliament would slaughter him politically. But he promised to help Rwanda’s dictator diplomatically. At 7:30 PM in the evening the president arrived back from Mombasa, and called in his military chiefs and two ministers to Village Urugwiro, the meeting was attended by General Jack Nziza, General Frank Mushyo Kamanzi, General Joseph Demali, General Jerome Ngendahimana, Johnston Busingye and Louise Mushikiwabo. General Nziza who had just arrived from Rubavu briefed the president about the situation at the front line. The dictator was told that RDF/M23 troops were systematically being shelled with heavy artillery, and he informed the dictator that it was a combination of MI 24 attacking helicopters with BM-21 GRAD 122MM artilleries. Kagame was told by Jack Nziza that RDF/M23 defences at Mutaho were wiped out; they suffered heavy casualties and the loss of nearly 300 men and materials. Mushyo Kamanzi blamed the involvement of RDF Puma helicopters for the loss of these men, that once the ground troops so the RDF helicopter they decided to leave their trenches and attack the Congolese defences only to be killed like flies. That is when Kagame told General Kamanzi that “You always talk rubbish, giving all kinds of excuses. Its either this or that…in future you should pass your massages to General Johnson Hodari, as I don’t want to see you or hear your bogus excuses.” Our mad criminal ordered Johnston Busingye to write a letter to the U.N on behalf of Rwanda complaining about Congo’s aggression, while a rather worried Louise Mushikiwabo was told to go on media accusing Congo about its aggression. On 30th and 31st of August, FARDC and MONUSCO forces captures RDF/M23 defences as Justine Greening and Mark Simmonds threaten Paul Kagame with sanctions. On the 3oth the RDF/M23 positions at Kanyarucinya, Mutaho and Kibati received a barrage of artillery fire. A Tanzanian officer told Ikaze Iwacu that “Izi bombs zimemuchanganikisha adui, lakini adui ni wengi wanakufa lakini hawaishi. Nasikia huruma kwa hawa wavijana wanao kufa bure.” After a full day of the bombardment, on 31st of august the FRDC’s infantry units with the help of both Tanzanian and South African special forces moved in to captured Kanyarucinya, Mutaho and Kibati. On the 30th of august U.K’s international development secretary Justine Greening and foreign office minister Mark Simmonds missed the parliamentary voting on the Syrian issue, as these U.K ministers where holding a video conference meeting with dicator Kagame. Dictator Kagame was told to leave Congo and dismantles his militia group that is M23. He was told that the U.K has obtained audio commutations that were intercepted by MONUSCO between his senior Army officers and the M23 officers. The U.K ministers told Kagame and his team that they have also drone surveillance pictures showing movement of soldiers and equipments from Rwanda to Congo. These U.K ministers told Kagame that is trading on dangerous waters, and he should not continue to test the international community’s resolve to sanction him and his close aids. A distraught Kagame was also told that they have also satellite pictures showing the shells and bombs that have been falling in Rwanda and these bombs were coming from M23/RDF defences in Congo. To his surprise the dictator was told that they have communication intercepts of senior Rwandan officers instructing M23 to shell Rwandan territory. mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/syria-vote-defeat-david-camerons-2239867 That is why the U.N secretary General came out on the 31st of august blaming M23/RDF for bombing Rwanda. The U.N has sufficient evidence to show that M23/RDF has been bombing and killing its own people. In trying to save his face dictator Kagame told his puppet Bertrand Bisiimwa to invite the U.N to come and investigate the bombs, that have been falling in Rwanda. But the U.N has put a cold shoulder to his offer as they have efficient evidence. Conclusion: When Ikaze Iwacu asked this senior RDF officer on Rwanda’s accusation about FDLR helping FARDC on this latest rounds of fighting and this is what he said, “External intelligence have only told Kagame that FDLR and Kayumba elements have been only involved in the artillery sections, as they are trying to give their elements some artillery experiences”. This senior military officer continued to tell Ikaze Iwacu that “the next war for Goma will be led from three deferent fronts and it’s starting mid September”. It’s important to note that up today General Patrick Nyamvumba is still camped in Rubavu planning for the next round of the Congo war. This shows how these so called “Generals” are being treated like dictator Kagame’s house boys. It’s unbelievable how General Patrick Nyamvumba is fighting for this criminal president, while his wife and Kids are in Toronto Canada as asylum seekers due to Jeannette Kagame’s harassments.
