IT IS NOW CLEAR THAT YOU HAVE NOW INSTIGATED A SUIT AGAINST THE NATIONAL JUDICIAL COUNCIL [NJC] AT THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT. YOU HAVE NOW PUMPED OUR DEVELOPMENTAL MONEY IN RETAINING J.B.DAODU,SAN, THE PROSECUTOR AND PERSECUTOR OF KEN SARO-WIWA TO ACHIEVE YOUR AGENDA OF NOT FORWARDING THE NAME OF D. W. OKOCHA J. TO THE RIVERS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY [NOW UNDER YOUR POLITICAL CLAWS] FOR CONFIRMATION AS THE CHIEF JUDGE OF RIVERS STATE UNDER THE “SENSELESS” GUISE THAT THE MATTER IS PENDING IN COURT. YOUR INSTIGATORS WILL ABANDON THE BOAT..... Last year,2013, I was deeply pleased when you told the world that Jesus Christ[ the SUPREME ADVOCATE] brought you to Power in Rivers State: “AS A GOVERNMENT LED BY ME, A GOVERNMENT INSTALLED BY CHRIST, IF ANYBODY TELLS YOU HE INSTALLED ME, TELL HIM IT IS A LIE. TELL HIM THAT I SAID I PRAYED FOR 10 MONTHS AND I FASTED FROM 6AM TO 6PM, CALLING ON CHRIST TO COME DOWN AND CHRIST CAME DOWN MIGHTILY AND INSTALLED ME AS GOVERNOR. THAT IS WHY YOU CAN SEE THAT IN THE FACE OF HUMAN EFFRONTERY, I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO STAND FACE TO FACE WITH THEM AND I SAY I HAVE CHRIST IN ME”-Gov. Rotimi C. Amaechi. Your above position confirmed my long held view that GOD brought you to Power in Rivers State without a vote to specifically Develop the State. We however disagree on the point of your Political UNWISE involvement in Nigerian Governors’ Forum [NGF] Politics to the very detriment of the DEVELOPMENT of Rivers State, WAS or NOT part of the said Mandate. My aim of this letter is about the Judiciary in Rivers State. Last year,2013, I was worried about your absence at the retirement service of the Chief Judge, Iche Ndu J.on 19/8/2013. By this time you have already sent your freely recommended Candidates for Chief Judge position through the Rivers State Judicial Service Commission to the National Judicial Council [N.J.C] for screening and choice. By the 20/8/2013, the NJC has already taken its decision and forwarded its approved candidate in the name of D.W. OKOCHA J. to you for your forwarding of same to the House of Assembly [then ON PLEDGE and in the safe hands of the National Assembly] for confirmation. In line with the above, on the sais 20/8/2013 when you appointed and swore in P.N.C. Agumagu PCA. , the President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Rivers State, to double as the Acting Chief Judge contrary to the view of many inclusive of Me, this was what you said: “Let me congratulate you on your appointment. I sat through the week with the Attorney General to review the appointment and we looked at the constitution and the constitution says the MOST SENIOR JUDGE OF THE HIGH COURT and we looked at your appointment as a Judge of the High Court and compared it to the rest of the judges in the state and realized that you are the most senior judge of the high court of Rivers State. We therefore took that decision to proceed with the appointment…. I wish to congratulate you and say to you that you have an enormous assignment in these three months. We are proceeding with that while waiting for the resumption of the National Assembly and hoping that if they do approve the recommendation of the National Judicial Commission (NJC) we will then proceed with that and we hope that within the three months you are acting, you will discharge your responsibility. Thank you very much and God bless you”-Gov. R. Amaechi. In support of the above the Hon. Attorney General, Worgu Boms said Agumagu J. would remain as the State Acting Chief Judge until the National Assembly, which had taken over the legislative functions of the State House of Assembly conclude deliberations on the recommendation by the National Judicial Commission (NJC) on who should be appointed as the State Chief Judge. Sir, if the above is correct, then I expected you whom the SUPREME ADVOCATE brought to Office as Governor to quickly forward the name of D.W. Okocha J. for confirmation, moreso that she is a Born Again Christian and so a Daughter of Jesus Christ, who brought you to power. Accordingly, if otherwise, then there are CERTAIN ENEMIES in the name of Advisers within your Office mis-directing you on this matter. If your said advisers and supporters like Hon. Victoria Nyeche [ now MIS-LEADING Rivers Women]CANNOT advance DISQUALIFYING Factors in the eyes of the Law, then I advise you to BEWARE as doing otherwise will MEAN THAT YOU ARE CONFRONTING GOD PERSONALLY WHICH MAY END YOU LIKE KING NEBUCHADNEZZAR of ancient Babylon in the Bible. Sir; any Battle with GOD is beyond LEGAL SEMANTICS or JURISPRUDENCE or Manipulation of the Law. There is no reported case of Humanity winning a battle against GOD. Sir, act RIGHT now as you did in the case of Teachers’ recruitment against the CONSPIRACY of Rivers State Legislators before IT IS LATE O! HUMILITY IS NOT STUPIDITY BUT STRENGTH UNDER CONTROL.
