LETTING GO If you havent noticed, collectively, we are all going - TopicsExpress

LETTING GO If you havent noticed, collectively, we are all going through the lessons of non- attachment and letting go. Letting go of the things that no longer serve you... And the things that you think do. This period of non- attachment is nothing short of difficult. If you are experiencing these lessons in your own reality, know, your not alone. This is part of a re-birthing process and its necessary for us to evolve and ascend into the higher frequencies. Letting go doesnt mean stop caring. Letting go doesnt mean become calloused and burry your emotions. Letting go doesnt mean stop loving the things and people you love. Letting go doesnt mean falling into fear... Letting go is letting go of the need for control. Its allowing life to happen and realizing it can change in the blink of an eye. Letting go teaches us to live in the present moment and appreciating that for what it is right NOW. Letting go is being ok without predictions and knowing how things will unfold. Letting go takes true courage. Its being a raw human being. When we feel everything is being stripped away, we start to realize we arent the navigators of the whole picture. A flood of aloneness comes creeping in and you can feel so small. But remember... The higher part of you is smart. It knows what you need for growth. It knows the things you need to release in order to let the better in. You are never given anything you cant Handel. This is the time of the warrior. When you look at your deepest fears strait in the face and say... Okay... Bring it on when you choose not to do the easy thing and go into hiding, into depression, into victim-hood. You dont run from your emotions, let yourself feel. Be raw. Be sad if you are sad. Be mad if your mad. Scream FUUUUUCK at the top of your lungs, And let the tears fall. Be real. Be you... And you will rise above any hardship that comes your way. Live your truth.
