*LOGAN THUNDER IS BACK IN THE QBL!!!* Logan Basketball would like to announce that we will be re-entering teams into the Queensland Basketball League from the 2015 Season. The Queensland Basketball League is the States premier semi-professional basketball competition, running from May to September each year. Since its beginnings in 1986 as the State Basketball League, the QBL has seen some of the countrys top basketball athletes move through its ranks in both the womens and mens competitions. As such we feel that it is an important for Logan Basketball to provide an elite level pathway for our Junior Athletes. The Logan Thunder last competed in the QBL in 2008 and since then, there has been a void in the development pathway that Logan Basketball wishes to fill. It is important to the future of our association, the Logan community and all our members that we provide a product which can represent the Logan area with pride and integrity.
