LONDON: Russell Brand has reportedly split from Jemima Khan. The British comedian started dating the journalist in September of last year. But new reports suggest the couple have already called it quits, going as far as to unfollow each other on Twitter. “The relationship’s simply run its course,” a source told the Mail on Sunday. Spokespersons for the pair had yet to confirm the claims at press time. Russell, 39, has a reputation as a notorious lothario and is rumored to have dated stars including Geri Halliwell and former Playmate Holly Madison. However, earlier this year he insisted he only had eyes for 40-year-old Jemima. Masseuse ordered not to harass Russell Brand and Jemima Khan “I really love her. I’m very, very happy in a relationship that feels very different from anything I’ve experienced before,” he said during an appearance on ITV’s The Jonathan Ross Show. “I’m going to be really kind in this relationship. I haven’t been out there trying to nail everyone. “I’m very, very happy in a relationship that feels very different from anything I’ve experienced before,” he continued. “I feel like it’s grounded in friendship and a sort of love and it’s all well cool and exciting and stuff.” Russell was previously married to pop star Katie Perry, but the 14-month union ended when he filed for divorce in 2011. Jemima has two teenage sons from her first marriage to cricketer Imran Khan.
