*LONG POST ALERT* I get a lot of questions regarding Shakeolgy. What is that? Why do you like it so much? Is it a meal replacement shake?--Ohh so you have it for every meal? Shakeology is not a protein shake, a meal replacement, or a weight loss shake. Yea, its got a lot of protein, it can replace a meal and can help you lose weight. But ultimately, Shakeology is a health food shake that can help in so many ways when you drink it regularly. For me, it has helped reduce my sweet cravings, given me sustained energy (not an energy boost, just more energy in general) and makes me feel better as a whole. Yes, its expensive and it will NEVER go on sale. Why? Because it is expensive to make (you get what you pay for, right?). Its packed with 70+ whole foods, 30 of which are superfoods. What if you didnt have to buy all that separately and could just get it in one serving that also doubled as a meal!?? #winning That brings me to another point: If you buy Shakeology this month, you can get PiYo for $10!! PiYo retails for $60, so this is an amazing savings. I know a lot of you are not big fans of intense fitness. PiYo is your answer!! It is inspired by Yoga and Pilates and is no impact at all!!! If it sounds like something that will work for you, message me! I would be happy to chat about all the different options we offer!! Shakeology can be part of anyones budget and I am willing to work with you to help fit it in for the long haul. Drinking Shakeology for only 1 month is not going to make a difference in your life. Making the commitment to drink it consistently, always, will! Thanks for listening and learning. Your support is always appreciated!! xoxo Last thing...if you have a Shakeoloy testimony you want to share on how its changed your life, please post below. You could help inspire someone who is in a similar situation to you make the decision to change their life!!
