After my 6 years as a member of United Way of Yavapai Countys Board of Directors, 4 years as its Board President and 2.5 years as its Executive Director where I successfully stabilized UWYCs administrative costs, increased donations over $550,000, and successful implementation of the Community Impact model for applying our donors dollars to collaborative social service PROGRAMS (3 or more nonprofits implementing a 3-year program to reduce homelessness, hunger and teen dropout rates - and for the first time investing $35,000 in Bagdad, AZ - Freeport Mining employees being UWYCs largest donors) I turned over the executive director job to a professional non-profit executive to further UWYCs mission. Since January 1, 2014 Ive been seeking employment in what I do best - corporate administration that ultimately reduces attorneys fees most large Yavapai County employers pay because they dont have the in-house expertise. Contract Administration, Board Protocols, Securities & Investor Relations, corporate law firm management, and human resources.
