LOOK OUT HERE THEY COME! Its TIME ...time for Pearl to start her Conditioned Retrieve portion of her Training Program! She has had a plethora of Marks tossed for her ... Short, Long , Short Cover , Deep Cover ... Initial Obedience and Yard Work! I will team up with an Old School type of Pro Trainer up in Norman on a daily basis to get this one in time for her to make the Annual Duck Camp up in No Mans Land in October! Irish and I were lucky to have spent a long and arduous Internship with Whack-A-Quack Brad Smith before he retired and it is from his teaching that this upcoming program was derived. Most Pros have a program for ALL the dogs they have in their kennel ... Irish is the most adept at molding the program to fit the dog ... he is especially good with Young Dogs ... dogs like Pearl ... Ruth ... Maggie and others! He is excellent with the softer or more sensitive dogs! I wanted to touch base with him before we start on Monday morning and I knew he would be at his Saturday Morning Come One ... Come All Sessions! We found a nice attendance of about a dozen dogs ... and it all started of with simply turning them all out and tossing a bunch of bumpers out into the middle of a pond. LOOK OUT... HERE THEY COME!
