LOOKING FOR MARINE SUPERINTENDENT: The Role they will play: Implement the operational plan for assigned vessels to ensure compliance, efficiency and effectiveness, Monitor standards in vessel availability, reliability, safety, and longevity, Implement the strategy of lifetime asset management to maximize vessel’s value, Provide leadership for the Shipboard Team. Background Profile: Unlimited Captain’s license, Experience serving as a Captain onboard tankers is preferred, at least 2+ years’ experience in a senior Officer capacity, Previous experience in lightering and STS operations, 2+ years’ experience working shore side in a management capacity, Experience with Safety Management System (SMS) Experience with International Safety Management (ISM) programs including auditing, Experience or training in incident investigations, Ability to work in the US without sponsorship, have a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a TWIC card.
