COME CHECK OUT OJEDA FITNESS & PERSONAL TRAINING DURING FREE WEEK August 18-22 Classes offered include: Bodies in Motion 11:00 a.m. – Monday, Tuesday & Thursday This class will increase your bone density, muscle mass and improve overall body strength. Emphasis will also be placed on balance and cardiovascular conditioning. Designed for those 50+ years of age. (Class is one hour in length) Strength & Tone 12:15 p.m. – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Why not squeeze in a short workout during the afternoon. Learn proper form when using weights and mix up routines for muscle confusion and hypertrophy. (Class is 30 minutes in length) Cardio Kick 5:30 p.m. – Tuesday & Thursday This class incorporates fast moving agility drills and weight resistance exercises between rounds of kicks and punches. Great stress reliever!! (Class is one hour in length) Boot Camp 6:30 – Monday, Wednesday & Thursday Not your ordinary Boot Camp. Weights, agility drills and resistance training is just part of what’s in store for you. Emphasis on weight loss and body fat. (Class is one hour in length) All classes held at First Christian Church, 15 East 5th Avenue (Enter on the East side) ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING ALSO AVAILABLE
