LOOKING FOR UNKNOWN BROTHER The good people of Rivers State l greet you. Please, kindly pass this message across to one another in Port Harcourt in particular. l am actually looking for my unknown brother, whose name l dont know. But his age should be about 44-45yrs old and he lived his life to university level in Gabon. He is fair in complexion. His mothers biography; she got pregnant by a military man during the civil war. Just immediately after the civil war she eloped with an Igbo businessman to Gabon where she gave birth to him and his siblings. The entire family returned back to Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1990s. His mother was into cross border trade between Nigeria and Gabon. Unfortunately, in one of her trip, she died on the high sea when the ship capsized. What a pity! l recalled he said that the dead of this mother marked the beginning of his problem in the family, that he had a quarrel with his younger brother when his supposed father gave him the shock of his life by telling him that he was not his biological father, and that his father was a military man from the west by the name OLU. In 1996,this young man came to my town Ilesa that he was directed from Army Barrack Onitsha to see my father who was actually called by that name OLUFEMI KEHINDE EZEKIEL OKE. Unfortunately for him ,my father was in Lagos when he came and my mother. She trying to protect her children from a strange and couple with the fact that her husband my father was not around to explain whether it is true or not. So, the guy left being disappointed. But looking at the whole scenario, l want to deduce that the guy was actually my fathers son, but l can say anything. More so ,when l asked my father in Lagos, he confided in me that it is true, but asked me to keep it as a secret which l did . However, now, l realize that l am making a mistake by keeping it as a secret, that is what prompted me to writing it for the world to read perhaps somebody might know him. Please help me to reach out to my brother people of Port Harcourt and God will bless you. Thanks.
