JEHOVAH YOU are near to them that are of a BROKEN HEART; and YOU SAVE those who are filled with a sense of guilt and have the desire for atonement, and therefore feeling or expressing sorrow for their sin or wrongdoing and disposed to atonement and amendment, and repentant with a contrite for their sin.
