LOVEY DOVEY FUDGE PIE 8 tbsp unsalted butter 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup all purpose flour 2 tbsp milk Preheat oven to 350 Spray a 8 inch pie pan with nonstick spray In a microwave safe dish melt the butter and chocolate together, stirring every 15 seconds until melted and smooth In a medium bowl whisk together sugar and the eggs, until well incorporated Add in chocolate mixture and vanilla, mixing until just combined Stir in flour until no white streaks remain, but making sure to not over mix Pour into prepared pan and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the top is just set Let cool for 10-15 minutes and serve warm
